"Those who suffer from dizziness never get to the top. They turn back at the intersections of the branches." (Lega Proverb)

A Lega man at the pinnacle of a society known as Bwami once wore this hat. Elephant hair sprouts out the back, to remind everyone that the owner had acquired the quiet, yet formidable, strength of an elephant. The Bwami society is known to require deep involvement in learning throughout life.
