Donkey bag (Orbene Losikiria)

This donkey bag is made of cowhide. Women use this bag to keep private possessions. Items such as ornaments, clothing, calabashes etc. are kept in this bag. When migrating from one place to the next this bag is loaded onto the donkey; women consider this bag to be a very portable one. The blending stitches are decorations made by the owner; decorations are based on artistic. Noolaitete Ene Maimai contributed this bag.
