Man's garment
20th century
Clothes with symbolic insignia are worn by all the men associated with the palace. This tunic has bold geometric patterns that would identify the wearer as belonging to this group. At festivals in the dry season, among the kingdoms of the grasslands, men wearing tunics and hats covered with mazes of imagery are a common sight.
