Roy Vickers

First Nations, Tsimshian, born 1946

Roy was born in 1946 in Greenville, B.C. His father was Tsimshian and his mother
was British. He grew up in Kitkatla. He received training at Gitanmaax at Ksan.
His first one man show was in 1976. He maintains a cedar longhouse style
gallery, Eagle Aerie, in Tofino on Vancouver Island.
